Our trade licence covers construction and renovation. That matters more than it sounds: a kitchen refit can grow into an extension, or a fit-out into a pool and landscaping, without you appointing a second contractor and re-explaining the property.
The tradespeople are ours. A lot of building work in Dubai is passed from a main contractor down a chain of subcontractors, and the quality varies with whoever ends up on site. We employ the crew, so the standard is ours to maintain and ours to answer for.
Before work starts you get a written scope, a fixed price and a milestone schedule. You pay against milestones you can see completed, and anything outside the agreed scope is priced and approved by you before it's built — not added to the final invoice.
Structural, electrical, plumbing and AC work needs a building-management or developer NOC and a Dubai Municipality permit, and new builds need full building approvals. We apply for all of it and schedule around the lead times. It is slower than starting on Monday, and it is the difference between a finished home and a stop-work order with a fine attached.
