Our trade licence covers maintenance, repair and renovation. That matters more than it sounds: it means a leak we find during a routine service can become a properly permitted bathroom rebuild without you appointing a second contractor and re-explaining the property.
The technicians are ours. Most home-services platforms in Dubai are marketplaces — they take the booking and dispatch it to a third-party company, and the quality varies with whoever accepted the job. We employ the crew, so the standard is ours to maintain and ours to answer for.
Roughly 60% of Dubai homeowners and landlords now prefer an ongoing contract to paying per visit, and we are structured for it: scheduled AC servicing across the year, an agreed response-time SLA, a clear line between what the contract covers and what is billed separately, and a renewal date you know in advance.
Structural, electrical, plumbing and AC work needs a building-management NOC and a Dubai Municipality permit. We apply for both and schedule around the lead times. It is slower than starting on Monday, and it is the difference between a finished renovation and a stop-work order with a fine attached.
