Painting & refresh
A full interior and exterior repaint as part of a renovation, or a cosmetic refresh that needs no permit at all.

We visit the home, listen to what you want and take measurements — no charge and no obligation.

Design & fixed quote
You get a layout, a written scope and a fixed price, with what's included and excluded spelled out.

Permits & approvals
We apply for the building NOC, municipality permit and any authority approvals, and build the lead times into the plan.

Build to milestones
Our crew works to the schedule, with progress photos at every stage. You pay as each milestone is signed off.

Handover
A full snagging walk-through with you before we hand back the keys — and we stay reachable after you move back in.
